Meditrax is Australia’s leading aged care medication management review and education provider.

Improving UX with a custom website design and build, the revised website prioritises ease of use.

Faced with a complex navigation system, many external resources, and difficult resource access, Meditrax decided it was better to build a custom website from the ground up.

What’s the best way to integrate user experience into a multi-site build?

Requiring strategic planning for architecture and software integration, web developers collaborated with design and copy teams to determine optimal incorporation of multiple systems to create a seamless user experience.

Consolidating all existing digital platforms into one website, we integrated Ecommerce with an established learning management system (LMS) on Moodle. To add value and significantly improve user experience and interactivity on the new site, we also included two additional features – a subscription-based resource access and single login, multiple member management integration through Moodle.

Simple, professional language works to dispel jargon and connect with a broad range of people, irrespective of medical knowledge. Distinct colour blocks enhance a clear information hierarchy, helping browsers navigate and access content.

We also provide Meditrax with ongoing technical support, including LMS investigation and troubleshooting, Moodle e-learning course distribution, and management of the internal file-sharing portal.

Right from the outset BEING’s empathetic skills enabled Meditrax to have a professional website concentrating on the aged care industry. The team are young, enthusiastic, passionate and are always available with our phone calls and emails. As pressured as the job is, I get the feeling my task is the only one they’re working on. I feel privileged to be part of the BEING clan as a client and could not recommend the company highly enough.
