Independent property firm PCG specialises in all aspects of project management.

Boasting an agile, uncomplicated approach, the organisation’s internal communications had to reflect this same sentiment.

Tasked to develop a suite of MS PowerPoint templates for first impressions on potential clients and project leads, PCG’s standing materials were erratic in style and structure.

Can a professional suite of communications advance client relationships?

Review of existing communications through a strategic lens enabled us to identify gaps in messaging. Developing a joint brand plan with the input of the client, we pushed the boundaries of innovation to ascertain an ideal balance of creativity and professionalism.

Consulting with the client on language, structure and approach, documents are logical and highly stylised – promoting cohesiveness in both look and format. Template designs engage bold features and consistent, circular geometry to establish organic harmony and unity, while inclusive tone centres on client experience to engage the reader in PCG’s collaborative methodology.

Combining a vibrant palette with strong headings, collateral subtly communicates key services in an interesting visual format. Collaborative imagery showcases PCG’s work culture, step-by-step numbering references the company’s processes, and clean layout emphasises an overarching professionalism.

BEING challenged our current practices and muscle memory built up over many years, with respect to the production of our documentation. They successfully managed resistance and accommodated numerous pinch points, and to my delight, did not compromise on the original mandate to deliver a fresh look and feel in concert with clear and effective communication.
